Janet Jurado

Based in the Milwaukee/Chicago area, Janet Jurado is a Latina actress who has played numerous theatre roles throughout her college career, and has been in multiple professional film productions including several short films, a commercial, and a SAG-AFTRA horror feature film now on VOD. Janet also has experience in marketing and social media management as well as video production. She is set to graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside with a double major in Communication and Theatre Arts with an acting focus, as well as a minor in Digital Media Production by Spring of 2025. When not acting, Janet enjoys reading, drawing and painting, and going on spontaneous adventures with her friends and family. Acting is a way for Janet to take the complexity of the human emotion and use them in a way that not only entertains an audience, but leaves them changed and impacted for the better.
